在隧道頂部測(cè)試防火板的指標(biāo)是其耐火性。考慮到隧道的安全性，所選隧道的防火裝飾板必須是質(zhì)量好板。無機(jī)預(yù)涂板用于制造防火板基材。該板具有不錯(cuò)的防火性能，硅酸鈣板的熔點(diǎn)可達(dá)到A1級(jí)不燃性，并且其抗裂性再次提高了很多效果。作為隧道防火板，該材料必須屬于無機(jī)預(yù)涂板作為主要材料。

Fire resistance is the index to test the fire board on the top of the tunnel. Considering the safety of the tunnel, the fire-proof decorative board of the selected tunnel must be of good quality. Inorganic precoated board is used to make the base material of fireproof board. The board has good fire resistance, the melting point of calcium silicate board can reach class A1 non combustible, and its crack resistance is improved again. As a tunnel fire board, the material must belong to inorganic precoated board as the main material.
              

防火板材料實(shí)際上分為兩種，一種是無機(jī)防火板材料，另一種是有機(jī)防火板材料。有機(jī)材料具有更好的隔熱性能，價(jià)格相對(duì)便宜，但其耐火性并不理想，其燃燒性能甚至無法達(dá)到B2防火等級(jí)。二是無機(jī)材料(如巖棉板和泡沫玻璃)的耐火性可達(dá)到A1級(jí)。
