1.選擇優(yōu)良基材、粘接使用膠及施工工具。

a.目前市場(chǎng)常見(jiàn)基材：有細(xì)木工板、中纖板、刨花板、密度板，選擇時(shí)請(qǐng)注意基材含水量、平整度等參數(shù)，特別要選用表面經(jīng)過(guò)砂毛脫膜處理基材；

b.涂膠：在防火板背面及基材表面均勻涂上強(qiáng)力膠，如果基材表面非常不平整或吸水性*，手工需上兩次膠以使表面*布膠。施工時(shí)注意由于季節(jié)、氣候、地區(qū)等原因。各強(qiáng)力膠的揮發(fā)時(shí)間都會(huì)有所不同，根據(jù)強(qiáng)力膠的使用建議，結(jié)合實(shí)際操作及施工備件來(lái)決定揮發(fā)時(shí)間，如：使用脫水脲醛膠和白乳膠時(shí)，需要在室溫25-30度的條件下加壓十二個(gè)小時(shí)以上。

B. Gluing: apply strong glue evenly on the back of the fireproof board and the surface of the base material. If the surface of the base material is very uneven or water absorbent, apply glue twice manually to make the surface * glue. Pay attention to the season, climate, region and other reasons during construction. The volatilization time of each brand of super glue will vary. According to the recommendations for the use of super glue, the volatilization time will be determined in combination with the actual operation and construction spare parts. For example, when using dehydrated urea-formaldehyde adhesive and white latex, it is necessary to pressurize at room temperature of 25-30 ℃ for more than 12 hours.

c.貼板：等干到不粘手市，將防火板小心地放到基板上面，如果粘貼的面積非常大，能用木條先間隔著放在基板上面，再將防火板放到基板上，等對(duì)正后再將木條抽出，將防火板一步步地按壓到基板上。然后用流滾輪或抹布用力壓勻，同時(shí)避免殘余的空氣在里面。

C. Board pasting: when it is dry and not sticky, carefully put the fireproof board on the base plate. If the pasting area is very large, you can put the fireproof board on the base plate with wooden strips, and then put the fireproof board on the base plate. After aligning, pull out the wooden strips, and press the fireproof board on the base plate step by step. Then press evenly with a flow roller or rag, while avoiding residual air inside.

d.修正：等以上的加壓工作做好了，就用修邊機(jī)或10度角之刃將多余的邊切去，后再用較利的銼刀將接縫銼得圓滑些。千萬(wàn)注意：只能向下銼，不可來(lái)回銼，以免切斷面不平整光滑！多余而滲出來(lái)的膠應(yīng)該用小塊抹布以及溶劑清理干凈。這樣整個(gè)施工過(guò)程就完成了。

D. Correction: After the above pressurization work is completed, cut off the redundant edges with a trimming machine or a 10-degree angle blade, and then file the seams with a sharp file to make them smooth. Please note: only file down, not back and forth, to avoid uneven and smooth cutting section! Excess and leaked glue should be cleaned with small rags and solvent. e.施工環(huán)境要求:一般建議在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工將防火板和基板放在同一環(huán)境中48小時(shí)，濕度在45%，不宜高于80%，溫度不低于18攝氏度。

E. Requirements for construction environment: It is generally recommended to put the fireproof board and base plate in the same environment for 48 hours, with the humidity of 45%, not higher than 80%, and the temperature not lower than 18 ℃.

使用限制：

Use restrictions:

1.僅限室內(nèi)使用、不適合直接附于水泥、混凝土墻、石膏板上；

1. Only for indoor use, not suitable for direct attachment to cement, concrete wall and gypsum board;

2.非結(jié)構(gòu)性材料、應(yīng)附于合適基材上；

3.不宜長(zhǎng)時(shí)間置于高于135攝氏度的場(chǎng)所或在直射陽(yáng)光暴曬。
